So much fun at the incredible Telluride Blues & Brews Festival. We got to play three sets over two days to some serious music lovers. Grateful 🙏
Such good times playing shows with JJ Grey & Mofro. The band rips and dudes couldn't be nicer. JJ’s fans were so kind to us. We truly appreciate y’all getting down for some Dragondeer and being sweet to us after the shows. Much love!
Thanks for having us Bohemian Nights! and thanks to the folks in Ft Collins, CO for getting down with us ❤️
Update: Rad time playing with Robert Randolph and the Family Band for the Deschutes Brewery 30th Anniversary party in Bend, OR. What a gorgeous town. Eric got out and surfed their world class river wave on the Deschutes River before sound check 🙌

Bewitched by my one day in Bend, Oregon this last Saturday. What a gorgeous town. Super fun on the @halagearsup Milligram in the Bend Whitewater Park. Surfed the park in the morning and played the @deschutesbeer 30th Anniversary Party in Park with my boys in @dragondeer alongside Robert Randolph and the Family Band @rrtfb in the evening. Maybe my favorite band we’ve played with. Slayers. Thanks Deschutes! 🍺🏄🏼♂️🎼🙌🏼
"Dragondeer lead vocalist and guitar player Eric Halborg tells Relix, "When I wrote the words to ‘When I See You,’ I wanted to capture the wild unbridled excitement of reuniting with a lover after time spent apart. We like to stretch out the live version and let the audience (and the band) dance to this one. It's one of the only songs we play live where I put down my guitar and get to shake it with the crowd. For the video I wanted to speak to that cut loose boogie vibe we see at our shows. We sent the track to a few close friends that we knew like to get down and asked them to put ‘When I See You’ on their stereo and film themselves and their "Dance like there's nobody watching" reaction."

Pics and kind words from Live For Live Music about our show at The Fillmore Auditorium with Kyle Hollingsworth and Yonder Mountain String Band
"Dragondeer hit the stage with their thick blues rock sound. Reminiscent of early Led Zeppelin, The Black Keys, and electric Taj Mahal, the quartet stunned the audience with their hybrid of Mississippi Delta blues and 1960s psychedelic rock. Lead vocalist, guitarist and harmonica player Eric Halborg led the band with a rare ferocity, his deep growl and swampy harmonica blending perfectly with Cole Rudy’s raw pedal steel playing. Shocking many in attendance and quickly catapulting onto the Denver scene, Dragondeer is a growing force to be reckoned with."

In October 2017, Dragondeer was asked by the creative team at Vice to partner with Budlight for their Friends of Bud Light campaign. The band curated a day long party where the band DJ'd a party bus full of their friends from Denver during a two hour journey into the Colorado mountains for a day of hot springing and a wild sold out show in the mountain town of Buena Vista, Colorado. The band pulled from their tribe of creative friends to create the art work for the event and had renowned guitarist, Daniel Sproul, from the Hardworking Americans sit in for the bands' live set. Here's a taste of the days festivities:
Rad that our governor is so into music/the arts. xo!
